It features a Taiwan BT50 precision spindle capable of 6000 rpm, enhanced with a spindle ring cooling function. The Taiwan OKADA arm type 24 tool magazine facilitates rapid 3-second tool changes. A Taiwan precision lead screw equipped with imported bearings, combined with a 2-axis linear rail and 1-axis hard rail, ensures unparalleled accuracy. Additional features include an air storage tank, nitrogen balance cylinder, high-pressure air and water guns, AirTAC pneumatic components, safety electrical components, an industrial electrical cabinet air conditioner, HERG automatic centralized lubrication device, and Renishaw laser interferometer and ballbar testing. For efficient operation, the machine is outfitted with a BT50 milling chuck, lock knife block, two spiral type chip conveyors, and one chain type chip conveyor.
