       Main Uses:The overhead spindle drilling machine is suitable for drilling, enlarging, reaming, flat facing, and screw threading on large and medium-sized parts, and can also be used for boring under the right conditions.
Key features:The steel guide rails of the horizontal arm are made of German 1.2842 alloy steel, which greatly extends the service life of the upper guide surface and improves the stability of the spindle box clamping. The hydraulic pre-selection gearshift mechanism can save auxiliary time. The operation of the main shaft's forward and reverse rotation, parking (braking), gear changing, and neutral position is all controlled by a single handle, making it convenient to use. All the control handles are conveniently positioned and easy to operate. The clamping or releasing of the spindle box and column can be done independently or simultaneously. The main spindle box, the arm, and the inner and outer columns are equipped with hydraulic-driven rhombic block clamping mechanism, which features novel structure and reliable clamping. It is equipped with comprehensive safety protection devices and external column guards. The main guideway surfaces are all treated with surface quenching, which extends the service life of the machine tool.
      lubrication:The main spindle box, the rocker arm, and the column are all equipped with automatic lubrication systems, while manual lubrication is used for the rocker arm guide rails and the rocker arm lifting mechanism.
     The large:Large parts such as column, rocker arm, and spindle box are made of high-strength cast iron, which improves the rigidity and strength of these parts.
      electrical:This machine uses a three-phase 380V/50Hz AC power supply, and the control circuit, lighting circuit, and indicator lights are all powered by control transformers.
